OUR SERVICES - SCHOOL DISTRICT

Advanced Therapy P.L.L.C. provides occupational, physical and speech therapy services to 20 plus school district. Our therapists are knowledgeable with IEP Direct, Clear Track and other software systems. Through a team approach, clinicians consult with parents, teachers, administrators and other educational staff members to implement and develop each student’s individualized educational plan.

Philosophy

Advanced Therapy’s staff understands that the purpose of school is to enhance a student’s cognitive and social skills. Therapy services are provided when a student has difficulty with functional task as it pertains to the educational setting. Our experience therapists work on improving function by providing services within the classroom when possible. We believe it is essential to take a team approach when developing a students Individualize Educational Plan and assist them in meeting their educational/therapy goals.

Administration

Like Henry Ford stated, “Before everything else, getting ready is the secret of success”. The company believes preparation is essential to provide quality services to school district. Advanced Therapy’s administration provides therapists with the necessary equipment, support and education to ensure success in their assigned sites.

Staff and administration assist school districts to develop policy and procedures as it pertains to therapy services. We have various forms such as screening, introduction letters, and attendance that staff can use if needed. The company has also developed a criteria for receiving occupational, physical and speech therapy services that can be utilized by the district. These tools are not intended to replace an existing system but only assist when one does not exist or needs revision. Staff is informed to follow school district policy, procedure and forms as it pertains to each site.

Advanced Therapy administration monitors staff’s performance to ensure quality services are being delivered to school districts. The use of annual surveys, site visits, internal audits and consistent communication with each site assist in maintaining the high level of service our company expects.

Evaluations

Advanced Therapy provides each site and therapist with their own standardize test to ensure all evaluations are completed within the state mandated time. Some of the standardized tests used by therapist are:

Cost

Advanced Therapy has provided school districts continuity with staffing and stability in cost on an annual basis. Districts can choose from one year contracts to multiple year contracts with a fix cost. We offer an all inclusive rate which includes:

3. Quarterly, Annual, and Triennial Review Reports
4. Teacher Consultations
5. Parent Conferencing
6. Quality Assurance
7. Program Management
